Reunion 2000

Mark your calendars and request a vacation day if necessary: May 19-20 could rival New Year's as your most memorable event in ages. It's reunion time! Y2K also marks RC's 30th birthday, so come help us celebrate and catch up with old friends at the same time. This reunion is for everyone who has ever been in RC, students and faculty of three full decades. THIS MEANS YOU!

We only plan to have reunions every five years from now on, so don't miss this one! Please plan to attend, and tell your alumni friends to join you. You could even stay in your old room at Mary Foust, or if you prefer, a special rate is available at the Hilton in downtown Greensboro. A registration form is included in this newsletter and contains more information.

Folks are needed to act as contact persons for each freshman class. These people will help in contacting alumni from their respective classes, encourage them to come to the reunion, and keep a list of people planning to attend. Also needed are people to help with events, for example, in setting up and cleaning up.

The Alumni Committee also welcomes suggestions of any kind regarding the reunion. Alumni may indicate their suggestions and/or

willingness to help on back of  the registration form, or may contact Betty Carpenter in the RC office or Abby Wilcox Berry ('85). See contact info below.

Hope to see you there!
