College Drive Metamorphous from Road to Walkway.....

Photographs taken October 4, 2003, showing construction along College Drive down to Mary Foust as it changes from a thoroughfare for autos to a walkway for students.  Come December, we hope the fences surrounding Mary Foust will be removed and all the work completed......
